Valencia CF to meet St. Gallen in Switzerland

The team will play the preseason friendly on July 20th

Valencia CF have added a preseason friendly against FC St. Gallen 1879 to their summer schedule, meeting the Swiss side on July 20th.

The opponents, who last season placed fifth in Switzerland's top division and were runners-up in the domestic cup, are the main team in the city where Valencia CF will stay from July 15th-23rd. They have several Spanish players in their squad, such as Jordi Quintillà and Víctor Ruiz -a Valencian who spent several seasons at VCF Mestalla.

FC St. Gallen 1879 vs. Valencia CF will be held on July 20th at 7:00 pm, at the Stadium Buechenwald – Gossau.

The fixture rounds off Valencia CF's calendar of preseason matches, which consists of games against Borussia Dortmund (July 18th), St. Gallen (July 20th), Stuttgart (July 23rd), Nottingham Forest (July 30th), CD Castellón (August 3rd) and Atalanta BC (August 6th – Trofeu Taronja).
